i bought an accaunt and i wated for 3 days for a reply because the password or the mail was incorect. tho after talking with the seller i got a new accaunt that acctually worked

Аккаунт выдали не рабочий. Написал в поддержку, попросили видео что я покупал.. увы у меня его не было, но, я как то смог доказать что я не обманываю и аккаунт действительно не рабочий, продавец выдал другой аккаунт и всё работает. Перед покупкой запишите видео, в противном случае деньги могут не вернуть. Это нужно чтобы мошенники/кидки не получили так несколько аккаунтов и не продали их!

Всё хорошо, все данные удалось сменить, бана на Hypixel нет. Купил за 758 рублей: люди покупали и за 500 :( Сразу скажу, как лучше поступить после покупки, но следовать моему совету или нет - решать вам: после покупки проверьте все данные, войдите в аккаунт майнкрафта и в почту, данные от которых вам сразу же придут. В почте должно остаться письмо от предыдущей смены почты, смотрите на дату и ровно через месяц того числа, когда пришло это письмо, заходите снова и смело меняйте все данные, на всякий случай проверьте, нет ли у почты (от аккаунта майнкрафта) автопересылки писем на другую почту. После смены всех данных (я менял в таком порядке: почта - секретные вопросы - пароль - ник) советую удалить все письма в почтовом ящике, данные которого вам прислали вместе с данным от аккаунта майнкрафта. Аккаунт был куплен 25.01.21, данные удалось сменить только 17.02.21. К продавцу претензий нет, продавца рекомендую. Если что-то случится, обязательно дополню отзыв. Планирую через месяц ещё раз на всякий случай сменить почту. UPD-29.03.20: АККАУНТ ВОССТАНОВИЛИ, ПРОДАВЕЦ НЕ ОТВЕЧАЕТ

Я купил аккаунт у продавца 28.12.2020 и в середине января доступ к аккаунту был утерян, на аккаунте была сменена кем-то почта (я не мог сменить почту из за того, что её нельзя менять в течение месяца после входа на аккаунт), я написал продавцу с просьбой помочь, продавец отвечал с перерывами в несколько дней, и с момента отправления последнего последнего сообщения прошло 2 недели, а продавец проблему так и не решил. UPD: Продавец решил проблему и дал другой аккаунт.

все ок и почта и логин и секретки! без бана на хайпикселе! продаван молорик)

Я не могу войти в аккаунт, и при попытке восстановить пароль на почту не приходит письмо. Почту я не менял. Аккаунт покупал 03.01, сегодня, 11.01, не могу в него войти. --- Продавец заменил аккаунт. -- Новый аккаунт также отобрали, через 4 недели (07.02) -- Еще одна замена, пока что ждем -- 21.02 почту можно было поменять, но я это сделал 06.03. Все прошло успешно, спасибо продавцу за длительную поддержку!

Купил товар за 560 руб. Жду 30 дней для смены почты на аккаунте. Через 30 дней напишу более точный отзыв. А так сам аккаунт рабочий и блокировок на нем не обнаружил.

I bought my account and I when i logged in the email that the seller gave me there was an email unopened from Mojang that said that the original account owner take the account back changing the email to the original one he possesed. So I couldn´t log into the Minecraft Account. I´m asking if I can have my money back or another account. Date 10/3/2020 Greetings

Были проблемы с товаром, что кто-то поменял пароль и поставил на почту Google Authentificator, но проблему решили с продавцом, на самом деле доволен, теперь только осталось ждать 30 дней чтобы я смог поменять почту на свою.
