not activation, no instruction, seller not answer

Столкнулся с проблемой, что промокоды действуют только для новых пользователей, чего не указано в описании товара. Попросил у продавца сделать возврат, на что в ответ молчание получил. upd: Продавец пишет "Problem solved". А я говорю что нет. проблема на решена.
