Аккаунты были невалидные, вначале продавец отвечал на сообщения, дважды заменив аккаунт, но проблема сохранилась на третий раз. Проблема явно на стороне аккаунта, с другими учётками у других продавцов такого не происходило. В итоге попросил возврат средств - ответили, что со мной свяжутся, но больше на связь не выходили. Вот переписка/The accounts kept showing a ´Too many requests, please try again later´ error when trying to log in, making authorization impossible. At first, the seller responded to messages and replaced the account twice, but the same error occurred the third time as well. The issue is clearly on the account´s side - I purchased a subscription from a different seller, and it worked fine on the first try, on the same device and network. In the end, I requested a refund, since the recurring issue meant I couldn´t reliably use the service. They replied that someone from the team would get back to me, but no one has followed up since. I already tried some time ago after a long pause, with a full reinstall of the app and VPN enabled. The problem only occurs when logging in from mobile - the web version logged in without any issues.

Last time, I did not manage to authenticate in the desktop application via my smartphone. Now, when I finally got a chance to work from my PC, I found that my account had been logged out of the mobile app as well, and I am once again unable to sign in -the same "Too Many Requests" error keeps appearing.
I would like to request a refund. Over these past few days I have not been able to use the service properly, as the issue recurs persistently. Replacing the subscription with a new one is not a solution, as there is no guarantee the same problem will not occur again.
I ended up purchasing a subscription from a different seller. It activated on the first attempt and works fine on the same device and network. This confirms that the issue lies specificall
