Сегодня пришло письмо с аннулированием подписки, пропользовался чуть больше недели, не рекомендую

bought an account, the seller gave the account without pro subscription, today is day 4, I still didn´t receive the account I paid for.

Perplexity turned off my subscription a month later

A month after the purchase, the subscription was canceled because the seller had obtained it dishonestly. Here´s the official Preplexity support response: "As part of a thorough investigation into suspected abuse of a promotional offer, we’ve determined that your Perplexity Pro account does not match our records for having obtained the promotion through the intended flow. We´re writing to inform you that your Perplexity Pro subscription has been suspended effective immediately. A recent audit determined that the promotion applied to your account for a complimentary period of Perplexity Pro was intended solely for customers who activated it through a specific redemption process as part of a limited partner promotion. While we hope you´ve enjoyed using Perplexity´s Pro features during your subscription period, our usage terms require it to be disabled. Therefore, Pro access has been turned off for your account as of today, no further charges will be made. Under Section 11.3 (“Termination of License and Your Account”) of Perplexity’s Terms of Service, we may suspend or disable accounts that breach promotional or usage terms."

Спустя 2 недели подписка аннулирована, огорчён, хоть и не сильно удивлён. Хотелось бы решить эту проблему с продавцом.

Пару часов назад обнаружила, что предыдущая подписка, приобретенная в октябре, деактивировалась. Решила купить подписку на другой аккаунт. Но и на нем не оказалось подписки Про.

Если разово поработать с версией про - ну как вариант за не очень дорого, то можно. Делайте выводы своей головой покупатели. (продавец, думаю не виноват, он просто продавал информацию, это просто бизнес. И разрабам выгодно, как минимум в виде рекламы, и посредникам. Это ведь цифровой товар, а тут легко всё вычеслить.)

Прошел по ссылке сервис доступнее не стал. Подписка не активировалась. Продавец пока не отвечает. Как ответит поменяю отзыв

Через неделю получил письмо от Perplexity, что аннулируют подписку, тк продавец, видимо, в нарушение правил продавал промо-офферы: "As part of a thorough investigation into suspected abuse of a promotional offer, we’ve determined that your Perplexity Pro account does not match our records for having obtained the promotion through the intended flow. Подписка слетела спустя неделю из-за того, как продавец активирует подписку. Не советую.

Подписка слетела спустя почти месяц пользования, потому что метод получения подписки на год является нарушением правил. Не покупайте , не тратьти деньги

Подписка слетела через 20 дней, пришло письмо от Perplexity, что при активации подписки были нарушены какие-то правила. Не рекомендую.

Подписка слетела спустя почти месяц пользования, потому как метод получения подписки на год является нарушением правил пользования сервисом. Не ведитесь.

месяц работает PRO, потом приходит письмо от perplexity, что вы воспользовались промокодом, который заабъюжен и никакой вам подписки. PRO works for a month, then you get an email from perplexity saying that you used a promo code that´s expired and you don´t have a subscription.

Через месяц-два слетает за абуз партнерских ссылок

Pro тариф не активируется. Происходит вход в аккаунт с бесплатным тарифом

Деньги уплачены, а товара так и нет. После обращения с продавцом выяснилось, что товар я получу как только он у них появится, а вот когда появится это уже большой вопрос

Товар не доставлен, хотя продавец заявляет об обратном [автосообщение].
