Активация подписки длилась довольно много времени, но всё же она теперь у меня. Мой совет: вписывайте не логин, а именно почту, тогда времени уйдет гораздо меньше. Ну и конечно же актуальный пароль. Продавцу огромное спасибо)))

Спустя сутки сделал подписку, советую использовать для входа почту и пароль, но не сторонние сервисы. Если используете сервисы, просто нажмите забыли пароль и установите новый

Чувствуется, что у продавца большая очередь и редко отвечают. О факте выполнения заказа тоже не информируют, но приходит письмо на почту от Spotify, что подписка была продлена. В приложении посмотрел - на год, все честно.
Сразу хочу предостеречь ребят, диалог с продавцом идет очень долго. Купил услугу 03.09, пароль попросили только 04.09, подписку активировали 05.09 - рассчитывайте на одно сообщение в день))
Заранее паниковать и просить возврат не надо, видимо исполнитель из другого региона, все ответы приходили в +/- 6 утра по Мск.

I purchased a 12-month Spotify subscription on August 31, 2025. I carefully followed the seller’s instructions: installed the official Spotify app from the App Store on an iPhone (no modified apps or devices, no pirated content), and used the account exactly as directed. Despite this, the subscription was disabled in under three days.
When I reported the issue on September 1, the seller claimed it was disabled for “security reasons,” not payment, and suggested causes such as using a “modded app” — none of which apply. Instead of restoring the full 12 months I paid for, they only offered a 6-month replacement. They also requested multiple new emails (including a mandatory “.com” address) and stated we must not link accounts of people not living in the same household; in our case, both users do share the same address.
I asked for either a working 12-month solution or a refund. Communication then stalled; as of September 5, 2025, my follow-up remains unanswered. I paid the full year price and received less than 3 days of service. This is not as described. Please issue a full refund or deliver the full, working 12-month subscription immediately.
