someone else had access to the first account they gave me and got it banned, so I contacted there support asnd they sent me a new account :) fast replies from support team.

He enabled steam guard to hopefully stop others from logging in, but there are still people playing on the account and now its banned.
He said he is going to resolve the issue, so once he does I will change my review.
update: he gave me a new account, we will see how it goes.
