I´ve been a customer of Plati.ru since 7 years. This is the first negative feedback I´ve ever left over 200+ purchases. I´m not sure what causes the ban of the ChatGPT account, but the refund was made back to the payment source, it was even received in email from OpenAI, and was later sent to the seller. The seller kept delaying me for 16 days, now 21 days saying he did not received. Then the last solution he gave me is, "remove the feedback, and we will refund you." I´m leaving this feedback in the cost of suspension of my account and $25. I do not recommend this seller.
