The seller provided a product with faulty instructions that caused a critical system failure (BSOD 0xEF - Critical Process Died). When I requested a refund, the seller attempted to blackmail me by demanding I change my negative review to positive before issuing the refund. This is a clear violation of the rules. The seller is now being defiant and unprofessional. I request a full refund and for the administration to review this seller´s dangerous methods and blackmail tactics.
The client was provided with full support, as well as all options for solving his problem, this usually works in such cases, but the client apparently has an individual problem that he does not want to deal with, I responded to him in correspondence about the product
