Firstly, there was an issue, with the gift offer not appearing in Steam account notifications. I´ve contacted the merchant, they responded with a confirmation that the gift was indeed sent. After a few hours the notification indeed appeared, possible due to some processing on the Steam side, and the gift successfully worked once confirmed on the Steam account. Thank you very much!
