This guy sent the wrong ID and password and refuses to refund the money.
The customer contacted us less than one hour after purchasing the product regarding a login issue. After review, we confirmed that the account itself was fully functional and the issue was only caused by the username and password being uploaded in the wrong order by mistake during the listing process. Our support team corrected the information and resolved the issue within the same hour of purchase. As clearly stated in the product description, refunds are only provided in cases where an issue cannot be resolved. Since the account was confirmed working correctly after support was provided, the order did not qualify for a refund.
