Be aware that it´s advertised as a Visa prepaid card but it is actually a Mastercard and the service I needed it for didn´t accept it. Nonetheless used it for something else till the end. The feedback is neutral, if I knew it was a Mastercard from the beginning I wouldn´t have bought it.

Such a bad way to talk to customers or solve problems , I dont want money back or replacement but he needs to talk good to customers. Not recommended at all. Just a note , the namecheap site error is totally his mistake , The card just got declined and he dont want to even talk about it beside the paypal problem but it is okay for me as the rules he typed ,,, but namecheap problem?? it is not in the rules and his only reply is some of bad words not ever said to your customer. The worst customer support and non behaved i saw in my entire life. I can pay more just to have a good response. Also his bad words about a whole country is not a good way to reply , worst at all.
So here is why I ban entire country of Turkey. Nothing but problems. First he complains about paypal, although in description it says NOT FOR PAYPAL. Next he wants Me to CALL namecheap to sort out his problems. Unreal! I ask him to send me screen print of error he is getting and he is refusing. I say, you agree to my terms and conditions, so do it right. Still pushes his "you bad customer support" garbage. Never deal with Turks. never. Just horrible people over all. treat you like you are their slave or servant or harem wife. --- вот наглядный пример почему я блокирую турцию и других ребят из этого региона. они естествено плюют на это и все равно покупают. сначал возмущался по поводу пейпэла, не смотря на то что большими буквами написано что не для него. после это придумал историю с namecheap и что я должен им позвонить (!!!!) и разобратся. вот так! я спрашиваю у него какую ошибку выдает при покупке и сделать скрин принт, а он мне в ответ "тебе НАДО с ними связатся для того что бы покупателям было легче". Такое впечатление что они забывают что здесь не гарем и нет прислуги для них. Я наглее людей не видел. Китайцы и Вьетнамцы просто грубят, а эти на шею садятся и им все "должны" !!!
