very bad service dont trust them. i was using thier service since more then 2months this time they gave faulty claude account which got blocked automatically within 2-3days of usage. They are not offering a new account making excuse everytime they made me wait for 5 days and everyday they were saying that they will give me the replacement account today or next day but never got and in the end they made the excuse. now they are not even ready to refund me full money. They are kids better to avoid them they are non trusted.
Hello, we sincerely apologize for this negative experience. The main issue was that the buyer’s device and VPN were already blacklisted by Claude due to previous disabled accounts in a restricted region. Even though we promptly provided warranty replacements, the new accounts were also disabled for the same reason beyond our control. Secondly, there was a mistake in currency conversion with WMX.
