Every time I try to log in, I have problems: password changes, deleted profiles, codes requested within 15 minutes, and too many devices connected. This makes the service unusable, it doesn´t work, and support is too slow to immediately resolve the issues that ALWAYS occur every time I log in. I´ve purchased other subscriptions on the platform, but this is the first one I can´t use without any worries. I´ve asked for a refund several times, but the seller doesn´t seem to want to offer me this right. Let´s wait and see if this feedback and reporting to the site will convince them.
account doesn´t have this problems. profile changed because that shared account not personal you can use any profile without pin. about the otp code is automatically from Disney system not us and requested only one time for log in, password still the same, we already mention the account is shared in description, the buyer think is personal

подключил конфиг в роутер и скорость упала((((

Всё время меняются аккаунты, постоянно надо вводить новые данные на устройствах. Но самое главное, что регулярно вылазит сообщение о превышении максимально допустимого числа устройств, из-за чего происходит обрыв соединения с серверами. Хотя я покупал аккаунт на 5 устройств, а подключены к сервису только лишь 4. Продавцу писал по этому вопросу, ответа так и не поступило. Надеюсь на оказание содействия в данных вопросах, пользоваться сервисом из-за этого жутко неудобно.
Покупатель не связался с нами, а пароль был изменен мошенником, поэтому мы сменили учетные записи. Сейчас мы добавили больше защиты, все работает, ждем ответа от покупателя.

I bought an account for three devices, but it only works on one. Also, when I logged in and found out that it didn´t have any languages that I know, I asked the seller for a refund since I wouldn´t be using the account. He´s been ignoring request for over a week and won´t give me my money back. I don´t recommend him. P.S. A few days later, it became impossible to log into the account with a password; it asks for a code from email.
account is working on 3 devices and have all languages which Disney supported he can changed from profile setting, there is no problem from our side or in account for refund, for log in the buyer need to click on password button and if he not have this option we can sent him the code from mail

почитал отзывы, ну это конечно пипец. нае..во похоже. ни разу не смог воспользоваться.
Это был мошенник, мы сменили пароль, теперь добавили больше защиты к учетной записи, все хорошо.
