Not helpful, I´m asking him to refund cus I don´t want it anymore and its been 6 days with no response and keep telling me to not refund or you friend is bla bla bla, bro its not your business if it was a gift, don´t buy 👎❌ also the account not working !! thats why I keep telling him to refund.
He is acting as if there is not over 50 messages between us, I have been supporting and responding and explaining to each single message, The real story is he was re-selling the product to a customer and his customer did not expect a shared account and did not follow the instructions on how to play offline so he played online and got kicked out from the game and his customer logged out from the account, I offered to log him back in and told him the instructions to give to his customer, but he tells me that he needs the money now and wants a refund, I asked for a valid reason for the refund and he told me "I don´t want the account and I won´t benefit from it because my friend originally logged out of the account" At that point I stopped responding as there is nothing more to be said already said multiple times that there needs a proper reason to refund not just because your customer changed his mind after not following the instructions. Now he is lying and saying the account is not working. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Он ведёт себя так, будто между нами не было уже более 50 сообщений. Я всё это время поддерживал связь, отвечал и объяснял каждое сообщение. На самом деле он перепродавал продукт своему клиенту, а тот не ожидал, что это общий аккаунт, и не следовал инструкциям, как играть в офлайне — в итоге играл онлайн, был выкинут из игры и вышел из аккаунта. Я предложил залогинить его обратно и объяснил, какие инструкции нужно передать клиенту, но он сказал, что ему нужны деньги сейчас и он хочет возврат. Я попросил обоснование для возврата, а он ответил: «Я не хочу аккаунт и не получу от него выгоды, потому что мой друг вышел из аккаунта.» После этого я перестал отвечать, потому что всё уже было сказано — я объяснил много раз, что нужен весомый повод для возврата, а не просто потому, что клиент передумал и не выполнил инструкции. А теперь он лжёт и говорит, что аккаунт не работает.
