I have purchased from this seller multiple times in the past and have always been extremely satisfied with the excellent service and great prices. However, my recent experience has been very poor. I placed an order four days ago, and the item has not been delivered. More concerning is that the seller has not responded to any of my messages. This lack of communication is unprofessional and unacceptable. I cannot recommend them at this time.
