I purchased from you the ChatGPT Plus subscription renewal service for my personal account, as clearly specified in the product description: “This is not a shared account, and the ChatGPT Plus subscription will be activated on your account quickly and without log-in,” as well as “personal account” and “pay for the subscription on your account”.[glavkniga +1]
However, in reality you offered me a connection to a shared workspace or a work account, which does not meet the conditions of the description, my clear requests, nor the purpose of the order. Throughout our conversation, I repeatedly confirmed that I needed activation of the subscription on my own account and refused your option, since it does not provide access to my saved projects and work chats.
According to the Russian law “On Consumer Rights Protection” (Articles 18, 25), I am entitled to a full refund, as the service was provided with significant discrepancies versus the description and does not meet my requirements. Your suggestion of a partial refund is not acceptable, since the service was not properly rendered.
Kindly return the full amount paid for the service within three days of receiving this letter. Otherwise, I will be forced to seek protection of my rights from the payment system and regulatory authorities.
