I went through the redemption process and paid for a 24 hour Indian vpn and it´s saying that the code was already redeemed. I understand mistakes happen but this is not acceptable. You need to ensure that your checking the codes before sending them off. I´m not sure if they accidentally sent a used code or if this is a scam of some kind. I´ve tried multiple vpns in case this was an issue on my end but it appears everytime I do it that the code was previously redeemed. EDIT- This is my fault. I redeemed the game but my browser crashed and I did not realize I already redeemed the code. Also upon redeeming the code you need to do a hard restart of your console for the game to appear. You also need to make sure your power settings are set to turn off and not sleep, like I had it. Otherwise the xbox won´t restart and refresh your game library.
