After making the payment, I got the password for my TradingView account. But I didn´t get the password for the associated email account.
The first login was normal. However, 48 hours later, when I tried to log into the account again, I found that a 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication) had been newly added to the account.
The seller didn´t provide any verification for this. I reached out to the seller, and the seller gave me the email account and its password. I followed the seller´s instruction to select "Forgot Password," but I couldn´t receive any emails from TradingView.
I contacted the seller multiple times after that. The seller read my messages, but didn´t reply at all.
The seller had resold the TradingView account several times. That´s why after someone else got the account, they added Google Authenticator 2FA. Now that there´s a problem, the seller is ignoring all my messages and hasn´t offered any refund.
