Everything is fine. I successfully followed his instructions, registered in FUPS app, got SMS code and added the card by scanning it´s QR code. Isn´t banned (yet).
P.S. (on next day) I found this purchase useless, because many crypto buyers at Binance and Huobi write "No FUPS!!!" (it´s because FUPS office call them via phone and ask questions about this transaction details), so it´s hard to add money now. And I totally don´t want to use this seller´s method to add money, because the exchange rate is crazy (100 TRY should be 368 RUB, but he ask 502+ RUB for that). So... better buy Papara cards. Many crypto buyers still accept those.
