Hello,
I want the marketplace administration to review this dispute.
I did not successfully receive or access a working ChatGPT account. From the beginning I reported that the account was not working, the login/password was incorrect, and I was not receiving the Gmail verification code.
The seller keeps claiming that I logged in, changed the password, and changed the email, but I deny this completely. I did not change the password, I did not change the email, and I could not even access the account properly. I also sent screenshots showing that the account was not active/accessible for me.
The seller is asking me to communicate on Discord and outside the marketplace, but the marketplace warning clearly says that all communication must stay on this page. I refuse to continue outside the service.
The product delivered was not usable, and I requested a refund several times. The seller has not provided a working replacement or clear proof that I received a functional account under my control.
Please refund the order or let the marketplace administration decide based on the messages and screenshots here.
