Here´s what´s happening: your Premier subscription renewal for June 4th is showing an open, unpaid invoice of ₹2,500. The reason it hasn´t gone through is that there´s currently no payment method saved on your billing account — so Stripe isn´t able to charge anything to complete the renewal.
To get this resolved and restore your full 10,000 Premier credits, you´ll need to add a payment method (UPI or card) and pay the open invoice. Here´s how:
Go to suno.com/account and scroll to the billing section.
Click "Manage Subscription" or the billing portal link — this takes you to the Stripe customer portal.
Add your UPI ID or card details as a payment method.
Once a payment method is saved, Stripe should automatically attempt to collect the open invoice. If it doesn´t retry immediately, you may see an option to Pay Now on the open invoice.
Once the payment goes through, your subscription status will flip back to active and your 10,000 Premier credits will be restored for this billing cycle.
