The seller provided a pre-activated/used key. Microsoft system shows the code was already redeemed by another account before my purchase. I manage all activations directly for my store, and the key was rejected instantly upon purchase. The seller refuses to check the activation date or provide a replacement. Terrible support
after further investigation we find the following the code has been redeemed on this date (2026-05-27T11:43:21.9577093+00:00) and the code has been sold to you on (27.05.2026 14:40:10) which means the code has been redeemed after 3 min after the payment done
