Without providing a video, any attempts to file a claim and receive a refund will be considered fraud. Such buyers are sent to the blacklist without the possibility of unblocking.

To record videos, you can use programs such as "XSplit", "OBS Studio" for PC or "Mobizen" for mobile phones. Perhaps there is already some other recording application in your device.
Making a video recording for backup is not a problem. This is 2-3 clicks.
Of course, if you are a regular customer, and out of dozens of purchased items, one of them suddenly turned out to be defective, then we will make a replacement without providing a video recording.
