• If the subscription is lost or disabled: Processing time 24-48 hours.
• The account belongs to the buyer. Seller is not responsible for the account itself.
• No account replacement except in case of account lock/disable (must provide proof and grant access for verification).
• All limits, settings, and quotas are default by OpenAI. Seller cannot intervene, modify, or unlock anything.
• Chat data in the Business workspace is private per member.
• Data will be lost permanently if you leave the workspace (cannot be recovered).
• Any issues related to phone number verification requirements when using Codex are the responsibility of the buyer´s account and are not related to the seller. The account is owned and controlled by the buyer.
