MASTER THE NAVAL WARFARE
War Sails presents a unique and exciting naval warfare system that was inspired by descriptions of real medieval naval battles. Thanks to the realistic physics of wind and water, ship-to-ship battles allow you to board enemies from multiple points, ram them, or attack from afar.
Captains can take advantage of favorable opportunities by boarding ships already involved, prepare for the upcoming attack by creating a floating fortress, or take the risk and bind several enemies at once, which will give their allies an advantage elsewhere. They can ram an enemy ship to sink it, or at least throw people off the side, break the oars, and disrupt buoyancy. Well-aimed arrows and ballista fire can also pierce the sails, further limiting mobility.
