STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS
1. Open the Microsoft Store app on your PC (use the native Windows application, not a web browser).
2. Click on the profile icon (the "person" silhouette) in the top-right corner.
3. Make sure to log out of your current profile: click on your account → select "Sign out". (If you are not logged in, skip this step).
4. Click on the profile icon again (it will now show a "+" sign) and select "Sign in".
5. Enter the provided account credentials from the section above.
6. When signing in, make sure to select: Other ways to sign in → Password.
7. If a PIN code is required to sign into the account, the system may ask for verification. Enter your local PC PIN code. If you do not have one set up, skip this step.
8. Open the Xbox app and log into your personal account (if you don´t have the app, download it from the Microsoft Store).
• If you don´t have an account, please sign up.
• Important: The Xbox app must be logged into your personal account, NOT the provided one.
9. Type the name of the game in the Xbox app search bar.
10. ⚠️ If you see a "Game not owned" message:
— Temporarily switch to the provided Microsoft account.
— Start downloading the game.
— Once the download is complete, switch back to your personal account.
11. Install and launch the game strictly through the Xbox app.
12. After downloading, the game will appear in the "My Library" tab. Click on it to play.
13. 💡 If you see a splash screen or a static image upon launch, this is a normal initialization process. Please wait.
