👉 How do I get the item?
1. After payment, you will be immediately redirected to our website, where the game/program transfer process will begin.

Refund Policy:
1. Your Steam account region must be set to the selected one before payment.

5. Returns are not possible once the item has been activated on your account.
6. The gift cannot be saved to your inventory or sent to another user. It can only be accepted or declined.
7. Receipts or invoices for gift purchases are not provided.
8. The bundle does not include activation keys. If the game requires a third-party service, authorization is performed through Steam, not a key.
9. If the issue is our fault or delivery is delayed within the specified timeframe, a full refund will be issued. In other cases, including product refusal by the buyer, a partial refund will be issued with a 20% deduction.
10. In rare cases, when purchasing bundles or sets, some items may be unavailable in your region due to publisher restrictions. We are not responsible for the unavailability of individual items in the bundle.
