I´ve lived with migraines my whole life, and they became especially severe around age 35. That´s when I started taking ibuprofen. While it works, it´s not a pleasant thing to live with, as I have to take it more often. It also upsets my stomach. I´ve been searching for a solution for years, and now I think I´ve found one. I´ve reduced my attacks from three times a month to once or even none at all, thanks to one exercise, which I´ll briefly describe in this article.
