📍 We will issue a full refund if:

1. The terms of the transaction were not met by the seller or were not met in full (purchased) quantity.

2. More than 12 hours have passed since payment (the delay was caused by the seller).

📍 We will refund 20% of the amount spent if:

1. You purchased the item but decided to return it.

2. You purchased the item on another gaming platform (the item has NOT yet been delivered to your account. We do not issue refunds after delivery).

3. And any other reasons for a return.
