If accounts are blocked en masse on first launch, double-check everything described below:
Before launching, make sure no other Telegram processes are running in the Task Manager. If any are open, end all processes.
Only launch accounts on the latest version of Telegram. Log in using a clean private proxy (ideally, a mobile one).
Do not use free IP changing services.
Do not log into multiple accounts from the same IP.
Product warranty lasts 1 hour after purchase! First, enable the video recording program, then purchase an account and record everything that happens before the problem occurs! Turning on video after purchase is prohibited! Any screenshots are not considered evidence in a dispute!
If the account is invalid, provide the video in the dispute! Record video within 1 hour of purchase, connecting the proxy to the account´s country (do not use free keys), until the account is activated. This must also be shown in the video! The video must indicate the current Moscow time using any Google site! This must be done before you plan to log in to your account! This will help determine whether you are still eligible for the product warranty!

1. Download the portable version of Telegram: https://desktop.telegram.org
2. Unzip the archive. Move the zipped folder anywhere on your computer.
3. Create a folder anywhere on your computer with any name and place the original product folder named "tdata" inside it (just copy the folder and move it to the newly created folder; you don´t need to move each file individually; you need to preserve the integrity and name of the "tdata" folder as it was in its original form). Also, place the Telegram.exe file (.dmg for Mac OS) you just downloaded in step 1 in this folder.
4. Before launching, you should have the tdata folder in your folder, which always contains three files (the 4th file may contain your 2FA password, but you can delete it) and the Telegram.exe file.
5. Before launching, make sure you have already closed all active sessions of other Telegram clients (Telegram.exe (.dmg for Mac OS)), and make sure they are also not running in the Task Manager on your computer. After logging into your account, you need to secure it:
6. Now open the Telegram.exe (.dmg for Mac OS) file.
7. If everything went well, you´ve logged into your account.
8. Recommendation: After successfully opening your Telegram account, I recommend you immediately change your 2FA password and connect a backup email address.
