We’ll still transfer the cells to your platform (Steam, PlayStation, Xbox, Microsoft Store). To do this, follow the 7 steps below and have an Epic Games account with the game purchased.
Before purchasing:
1. Go to account.bhvr.com and log in or sign up
2. In the “Linked Accounts” section, link your platform (Steam / Xbox / PS) and Epic Games
3. In the “Game Library” section, open DBD and enable cross-progression for your platform
4. After placing your order, enable cross-progression for Epic Games on the same page
⚠️ Possible restrictions:
1. If you changed your region less than 6 months ago, you won’t be able to change it again
2. You recently created an account and selected a region during registration that differs from those available for purchase.
3. Bonuses (cashback) expire when you change your region—use them beforehand.
4. In rare cases, errors may occur on the program’s or Epic Games’ end; in such cases, the order is processed manually within 24 hours.attention⚠️ Refund Policy:
📍 A full refund is issued if:
1. The seller did not fulfill the terms of the transaction or fulfilled them incompletely (differing from what was purchased).
2. More than 24 hours have passed since payment, and the order has not been fulfilled due to the seller’s fault.
📍 An 80% refund of the purchase amount (20% deduction) is possible if:
1. You purchased the item but changed your mind and decided to return it before delivery.
2. You cannot change the region to the desired one in your account.
