Bought access from this seller and had a terrible experience. The product didn’t work at all, and instead of helping, they tried to blame me for the issue. There was no mention anywhere that certain countries or VPN usage would cause problems, and Claude is officially supported in my country, so that excuse makes no sense. I followed all instructions exactly and did nothing wrong just tried to log into the account they provided. When it failed, they refused to take responsibility or offer a refund and kept insisting it was my fault. Very unprofessional and misleading. I would strongly recommend avoiding this seller unless you’re okay risking your money with no support or accountability. I will be leaving this review up until a full refund is issued.
The buyer received a gift link with a purchased subscription, but because their region wasn´t supported, they blocked the gift link, then their Google account. We created a separate account for them and activated a new subscription for it, spending a total of $200, even though the buyer only paid $100. Even after this, the buyer blocked the Claude account with the subscription because they weren´t using a VPN. All evidence is provided in the correspondence regarding the order, we are sincerely sorry that this happened, but we cannot help.
