Excel user functions: sum in words, full name declension, capitalization

The file contains three codes with user-defined Excel functions: the sum in words, the declension of a full name (the full name is declined according to the cases of the R.p., V.p., D.p., T.p., P.p.) and a function for converting text from a capital letter (as in a sentence, the first letter is capitalized - the rest are lowercase)
