Overwatch Coins — Microsoft/Xbox Redeem Code (Digital Key)

⚠️ IMPORTANT: You receive a CODE (key) to redeem on Microsoft/Xbox (Microsoft Store). This is NOT a direct Battle.net top-up and NOT an account login service. No login/password is required.

💻 If you play on PC via Battle.net:
Coins will appear on PC IF your Battle.net account is linked to your Xbox/Microsoft account and cross-progress (Overwatch 2 account merge) is enabled.
The code is still redeemed via Microsoft, not in Battle.net.

• No refunds after the key is delivered, since this is a digital product.
• Exception: a confirmed key/code issue with the required video proof below.
• Account-related issues (Microsoft restrictions/bans, limits, suspicious activity, etc.) are NOT a reason for a refund.

🎥 DISPUTES / CLAIMS (“already redeemed”, “invalid code”, “cannot redeem”, etc.)
To review any claim, you must provide an unedited, continuous video (one take; no cuts/edits/pauses) showing:
1) the product page and selected denomination;
2) clicking “Buy” and the full payment process;
3) receiving the code (order page/chat) with the code visible on screen;
4) opening redeem.microsoft.com (or Microsoft Store) and attempting to redeem;
5) date/time, code input, and the exact error message visible (preferably with the browser address bar).

📌 Important: if an error appears, do not make multiple attempts and do not change settings before recording the issue on video.
Without a complete video from clicking “Buy” to the redeem attempt, claims will not be considered.
