To review any claim, an unedited, continuous video (one take; no cuts/edits) is required showing:
1) the product page and selected denomination;
2) clicking “Buy” and the full payment process;
3) receiving the code (order page/chat) with the code visible on screen;
4) opening App Store / Redeem and attempting to redeem;
5) date/time, code input, and the exact error message visible.
