How to purchase Calibers?

Account region: (Steam, PlayStation, Xbox console, Microsoft Store) — any, no region change required

Supported platforms: Steam, PlayStation, Xbox console, Microsoft Store

Before purchasing, you need to:

1. Go to the Nexon website — https://www.nexon.com/main/ru

2. Register an account or log in via Google, Facebook, Apple (any region)

3. In the upper right corner, click on your profile and go to “Account Settings”

4. Go to the “Linked Accounts” section and under “External Connections” click “Link/Unlink Account”

5. You will be taken to the page — https://signin.nexon.com/pages/link/ru/setting?platform=arena_west

Link your primary platform: Steam or PlayStation.

6. Link your Xbox.
❗️ ATTENTION ❗️ Make sure you know which account you are linking so that you don´t specify a different account when making a payment.
⚠️ If you get an error when linking your Xbox because you don´t have an Xbox account, go to xbox.com and log in to your Microsoft account.

2. Provide your login (email) and password for the Xbox (Microsoft) account you linked on the Nexon website.
3. Send the unique code to the chat after payment. (Issued automatically after payment)
4. You may need a code to log into your accounts, which should be sent to your email. (Check the chat after purchase).
5. Wait for the Calibers to be credited within 24 hours.⚠️ Attention! New Microsoft accounts may be
frozen a few days after creation. To restore access, you will need to create a foreign phone number and receive an SMS code. To avoid this, enable two-factor authentication via the Microsoft Authenticator mobile app:

If your account is still frozen, we will not be able to purchase calibers for you. Please make sure that you can log into your account on microsoft.com before paying — if you have access, then everything is fine with your account.

If you purchase calibers for a frozen account, we can either wait until you regain access or refund you partially, with a 20% deduction from the payment amount.

⚠️ Refund terms:

📍 A full refund will be issued if:
1. The seller did not fulfill the terms of the transaction or did not fulfill them in full (different from what was purchased).
2. More than 24 hours have passed since payment, and the order has not been fulfilled due to the seller´s fault.

📍 A refund of 80% of the purchase amount (20% deduction) is possible if:
1. You purchased the product but changed your mind and decided to return it before delivery.
2. You ordered a product for a different gaming platform; in this case, a refund is only possible before delivery to your account (no refunds will be issued after delivery).
