This seller is manually downgrading paid accounts to the free version before the subscription period ends. When I contacted him, he claimed it was a ´Google ban´ and that the ´warranty´ had expired, which is a total lie.
THE TECHNICAL PROOF: The account shows a ´Request an upgrade´ screen stating that ´An email... will be sent to your company´s Workspace admins.´ This proves the account is NOT banned by Google; it is active but the Admin (the seller) has revoked the paid features. If it were a Google ban, the account would be disabled entirely.
He is manipulating buyers by using the ´warranty´ excuse to stop providing the service people paid for. I have attached the screenshot as evidence of this fraud. Do not trust his claims of ´Google issues´—he is the one controlling the subscription status.
Update 2: He changed the account password and is providing screenshots that are completely irrelevant to the core issue. From what I know, Google terminates the account when it´s banned; it doesn´t simply downgrade it from Ultra to Pro.
Even if we assume his screenshots are real, the ban occurred because he failed to pay. The fraud here is telling me that "Google might ban the account" and then claiming it’s out of warranty because of Google—while in reality, you are the one letting it get banned by not paying. If you were honest, you would have informed me that the account would be restricted within "X" days due to payment issues.
Furthermore, his claim that the account cost $3 is a lie. I paid for the account in two installments due to a mistake in the first transaction. Trust me: you are only proving to everyone that you are a liar.
