# Sync n8n metadata to Airtable with Dropbox backups on schedule

## What the automation does
- Runs on schedule or manually via cron_schedule or execute_workflow_trigger
- Fetches all available workflows via n8n’s internal REST API
- Extracts key metadata: name, nodes, settings, active status, trigger types, and CRON schedules
- Saves full JSON backups of each workflow to Dropbox
- Generates temporary file links and sends them to Airtable
- Checks if record exists in Airtable: updates if present, creates new if not
- Maintains a single source of truth for all automation states
