Instructions for resetting the error.
1. The printer must be connected via a USB cable.
2. The print queue must be cleared.
3. Windows Defender and other antiviruses must be temporarily disabled.
4. Download the archive (if the browser blocks the download of the program, try Edge browser)
5. Unzip the archive to the desktop. To unpack the archive, use the WinRAR program.
6. Open the Adjprog.exe file
8. In the Select menu, already selected the desired printer model
9. In the Port field, leave Auto Selection or select USB Port with the name of your printer model in brackets and click OK.
10. The next step is to click Particular adjustment mode
11. In the large list of lines, find Waste ink pad counter
12. In the window that appears, you need to click 2 checkboxes: Main pad counter, Platen pad counter and click Check
If you get an error at this point or the program freezes: check everything step by step again. If this does not help, try doing everything on another laptop or computer.
13. Numbers with the percentage of the counters will appear. One of them should show 100. It needs to be reset, the other two - optional.
14. Check the box next to the counter with the number 100 and click Initialize. A request to turn off the printer will appear.
15. The last step is to turn the printer off and on again. The device should be ready
