Digital license activation keys (product, digital key) are distributed digitally. All digital keys are purchased from official distributors (suppliers). Compromised and activated digital keys are not subject to return and/or exchange in accordance with legal provisions, which stipulate that consumers have no right to refuse a product of proper quality with specific properties if said product can only be used by the consumer purchasing it. Refunds for pre-orders purchased in error will be issued minus the payment system fee. To activate a digital key, you may need to register on the copyright holder´s platform and accept the terms of the copyright holder´s end user (purchaser) license agreement. Technical issues with the game and/or software (either for the game or separately), or changes to the user (license) agreement by the developer and/or publisher of the game and/or software, are not grounds for a refund.
