You are Daniil Dankovsky: a doctor, researcher, and child prodigy. Your research into the nature of death led you to this remote town deep in the eastern steppe in search of a man said to be immortal.
But a deadly outbreak has broken out in the city. The immortal man is dead. You failed to stop it.
Now you must return to the beginning. Correct your mistakes. Save the city.
Every minute counts. Save them all, discover the secrets of immortality... and don´t go crazy in the process.
Use your medical training. Observation and knowledge are your tools. Work with patients face-to-face.
Examine the sick and make diagnoses. Each patient is a unique story and a medical mystery. They may lie, conceal the truth, or hide their motives. You must separate fact from fiction and identify the real symptoms. Step by step, you will get closer to developing a vaccine that can change everything.
Fight for every new day. Ensure the city´s survival by establishing your own rules: impose quarantines, confiscate valuable medicine, vaccinate the population, suppress unrest, deploy patrols, and declare a curfew.

- Log out to the mail server in the browser. Enter the email address and the email password you received in the order. You will receive an email notification from Steam about logging into your account, possibly with a confirmation code.
