You are Daniil Dankovsky: doctor, researcher, and child prodigy. Your research into the nature of death has led you to this remote town deep in the eastern steppe in search of a man said to be immortal.
But a deadly infection has broken out in the city. The immortal man is dead. You failed to stop it.
Now you must return to the beginning. Correct your mistakes. Save the city.
Every minute counts. Save them all, discover the secrets of immortality... and don´t go crazy in the process.
Use your medical training. Observation and knowledge are your tools. Work face-to-face with patients.
Examine patients and make diagnoses. Each patient is a unique story and a medical mystery. They may lie, conceal the truth, or hide their motives. You must separate fact from fiction and identify real symptoms. Step by step, you will get closer to developing a vaccine that could change everything.
Fight for every new day. Ensure the city´s survival by establishing your own rules: impose quarantines, confiscate valuable medicines, vaccinate the population, suppress unrest, deploy patrols, and declare curfews.
