🛒 Buyer Notification
✔️ After payment confirmation, the buyer will receive a unique 16-character code (example: A7F3C9D2E84B6F1A).
✔️ This code must be provided to the seller for order confirmation and further processing.
✔️ The buyer may use a new account created by the seller (with an active subscription), or the seller can create an account using the buyer’s provided details.
✔️ During order processing, the buyer must be available for communication, as in some cases a verification code sent to email or phone may be required.
⏰ Processing Time and Business Hours
• Order processing time: 15–60 minutes; in exceptional cases, up to 12 hours.
• Seller’s business hours: daily from 10:00 to 01:00 (Moscow Time).
• Requests received outside business hours may be processed with a delay; such orders will be given priority on the next business day.
📩 Warranty and Refund Policy
👉 The seller provides a warranty for the entire subscription period.
👉 Any technical issues will be resolved within 1–24 hours from the moment of contact.
👉 Refunds are not available for delivered goods.
🔁 If the product has not been delivered:
• If the issue is caused by the seller — a full refund will be issued.
• Alternatively, the buyer may be offered an exchange for a similar product or another product from the seller’s assortment.
