I purchased a subscription that clearly stated “instant delivery,” but in reality, there was nothing instant about it. After completing the payment, no one contacted me, and I received no information about the status of my order. With the weekend approaching, it seems I will have to wait even longer. I am extremely disappointed with this level of service and the obvious mismatch between what was promised and what was actually delivered. I paid $47 USD and received nothing in return.
