Redeeming a Gift Card in the App Store on iPhone
1. Find the 16-digit code on the back of the card. On some cards, you may need to peel off the sticker or gently scratch the backing to view the code.
2. Open the App Store app.
3. At the top of the screen, tap the sign in button or your photo.
4. Tap "Redeem Gift Card or Code." If you don´t see the "Redeem Gift Card or Code" option on the screen, sign in to your Apple Account.
5. Tap "Use Camera" and follow the on-screen instructions. If you have trouble redeeming the card, tap "Enter Code Manually" and then follow the on-screen instructions.
6. Tap "Enter Code."
If you have an Apple Account card in Apple Wallet, after you redeem the gift card to your Apple Account balance, the amount will appear in the Wallet app. Learn more about using Apple Wallet.
