Create a new user:
System Settings -> Users -> Add User -> Import User Data Fro Another Console ->
Do you still have the console with the user you want to import? -> Yes ->
Will you keep using the previous console in addition to this one? -> Yes ->
Link a Nintendo Account -> Other Sign-in Methods ->
Enter Sign-in ID and Password -> Sign In -> Code Verification -> Done
After that, you will have a new user with game cards.
To download a game card - go to game cards - select one - Options - Download software.
Launch games through new user with the Internet turned on, after a black screen with the Nintendo logo,
You can switch to airplane mode so that the game does not crash for you and others.
Do not change personal information on the account, including Name (Name), Avatar (Photo), and others.
For trying to log in from other devices that do not belong to Nintendo - your access to the account will be suspended.
