- A diary that lets you record your food intake, IBS symptoms, bowel habits, and stress levels. The diary will also guide you through step 2 of the diet - the reintroduction of FODMAP.
- Adjustable units of measurement (metric or imperial) and the ability to activate colorblindness aids.
