🔌How does your account balance get topped up?
‼️To top up your account, you must have an ACTIVE subscription.
1️⃣ Enter the amount of credits (dollars) and select the login method.
2️⃣ Enter your service email and password, or your Google account credentials.
3️⃣ Pay for the service using your preferred payment method

4️⃣After payment, a page will open with a unique 16-digit code. You MUST provide it to the seller in the chat.
Without it, you cannot activate the subscription!
5️⃣ The seller will process your subscription. Once completed, they will notify you of the result. Stay in touch.
⏰ Processing the service takes from 15 minutes, but no more than 12 hours. Order fulfillment time depends on workload and time of day. Services paid for outside of business hours (see schedule below) will be processed during business hours.‼️To top up your account, you must have an ACTIVE subscription.

For example, you want to cancel an order or purchased a service by mistake.

❌ You cannot get a refund if you sent an incorrect payment link (for example, if you mixed up the website) or account information, but the subscription/refill has already been paid for by the seller.
