If you are from Russia or Belarus and your EGS account has the same region, or you have a different region, we will change your region to Kazakhstan or Ukraine and purchase it for you. Just make sure you haven´t changed your region in the last 180 days!

IMPORTANT: You can change your region once every six months. Alternatively, you can simply register a new account.

If you didn´t read the description or accidentally made a payment, and the refund request is due to your error, a 20% deduction will be withheld from the refund amount. AFTER PURCHASE:

1. Send the 16-digit code you received after purchase in chat.
2. Submit your Epic Games account login and password.
3. Wait for the seller to respond to confirm your login.
4. Wait for a message confirming the game has been purchased.
