How to create a different region account:
You don´t need a VPN to create and use a different region account:
-Follow the link and click "Create": https://id.sonyentertainmentnetwork.com/id/create_account_ca/#/create_account/wizard/entrance?entry=create_account
-Enter your date of birth. Please note that some games may only be available to adult gamers.
-Select Poland as the country.
-Enter your email and create a password.
-After confirming your email, your different region account is ready!
How to use a different region account on a console:
You don´t need to sign out of your Russian account on the console. You can use a foreign account as an additional one. To do this:
-Go to "Settings", then "Users and Accounts";
-Select "Users" and click "Add User";
-Enter the username and password of the PSN account you created.
Please note:
If you have an active PS Plus subscription on at least one account, you can play online from any account. However, you can only redeem the Games of the Month on the account with PS Plus.
You can purchase games on one account and play them on another. Trophies will be credited to the account you play on.
